  13. Sautรฉ onion & garlic over medium heat until translucent.โฃ
  14. Add #quinoa & water and bring to a boil.โฃ
  15. Reduce to low & add broccoli, salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric. โฃ
  16. Simmer for about 15 minutes or until ready & all water is absorbed.โฃ
  17. Turn off heat, add Parmesan cheese & mix well. Set aside.โฃ
