1/2 cup Mayonnaiseโฃ
1 cup Fresh Basil leavesโฃ
1 glove Garlicโฃ
Saltโฃ

1. Scoop out the inside of the breadโฃ
2. Season chicken with salt, pepper and a little olive oil and cook stovetop. Cut into slices once cooked.โฃ
3. Spread pesto on both sides of the bread. Add a slice of provolone on each side. Add chicken, avocado and sundried tomato. โฃ
4. Put the entire sandwich on a pan on low heat and cover to allow cheese to melt. โฃ
5. Cut and serve with extra pesto sauce and some #giardiniera! โฃ

You can either add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender. Or you can simply finely chop the basil leaves and mix it all together by hand!โฃ
