  1. Chicken breast cut into cubes โฃ
  2. Yellow thai curry sauce from @traderjoes
  3. One large russet potato cut into cubes โฃ
  4. Green peasโฃ
  5. One yellow onion choppedโฃ
  6. One can garbanzo beans โฃ

  17. Start by sauteeing your chopped onion on medium heatโฃ
  18. Once translucent, add your chicken and cook until almost fully cooked. Add garlic, salt and pepper (you can also add curry powder to give it more of a kick)โฃ
  19. Add potato and sautรฉ for 4-5 minutesโฃ
  20. Next add peas and garbanzo beans and sautรฉ for another couple minutes.โฃ
  21. Lower the heat and add the whole bottle of sauce. Cover with lid and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes โฃ
  22. Once ready to serve, top with cilantroโฃ
