
One of my favorite go-to dishes! Easy to make and extremely delicious!!
𝘐𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘊𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘺:
- Chicken breast cut into cubes
- Yellow thai curry sauce from @traderjoes
- One large russet potato cut into cubes
- Green peas
- One yellow onion chopped
- One can garbanzo beans
- Cilantro
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
**𝙄 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙤𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙙𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙖𝙖𝙣 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙄 𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙯𝙚𝙣 𝙜𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙣𝙖𝙖𝙣 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 @traderjoes **
𝘐𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘨𝘶𝘳𝘵: - Greek Yogurt
- One cucumber grated
- Garlic chopped
- Lemon juice from 1/2 a lemon
- Salt
- Pepper

𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 “𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗮” 𝘆𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿, 𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻, 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹
𝘐𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘺: - Start by sauteeing your chopped onion on medium heat
- Once translucent, add your chicken and cook until almost fully cooked. Add garlic, salt and pepper (you can also add curry powder to give it more of a kick)
- Add potato and sauté for 4-5 minutes
- Next add peas and garbanzo beans and sauté for another couple minutes.
- Lower the heat and add the whole bottle of sauce. Cover with lid and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes
- Once ready to serve, top with cilantro
