𝗕𝗬𝗢𝗕 Build Your Own Burger
Ingredients for burger:
1/2-1 pound ground turkey (We felt like being healthy tonight, but usually mix half turkey and half beef)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
Pickles
Jalapeño
Black olives
Cheese of your choice (𝘐 𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘣𝘺 𝘫𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘥𝘥𝘢𝘳)
Avocado
Ingredients for #innout sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons relish (𝘐 𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘥 𝘶𝘱 𝟹 𝘬𝘰𝘴𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘥𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘱𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘭𝘦𝘴)
1.5 teaspoons sugar
1.5 teaspoons white vinegar
𝗠𝗶𝘅 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿
Instructions: Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika to the ground turkey and mix really well. Make small meatball sized balls. Add oil to a pan and once hot add the meatballs. With a spatula, flatten the patties. After 1-2 minutes flip patties over and add your cheese. Add about a teaspoon of water to the pan and cover, allowing cheese to melt. **We made protein style burgers due to Passover. If you want to make the burgers with a bun, I suggest toasting them in a toaster or on a grill
