1.5 teaspoons sugarโฃ โฃ

โฃ Instructions:โฃ Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika to the ground turkey and mix really well. Make small meatball sized balls. Add oil to a pan and once hot add the meatballs. With a spatula, flatten the patties. After 1-2 minutes flip patties over and add your cheese. Add about a teaspoon of water to the pan and cover, allowing cheese to melt. โฃ โฃ**We made protein style burgers due to Passover. If you want to make the burgers with a bun, I suggest toasting them in a toaster or on a grill
