𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 & 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘆 Mediterranean Salmon
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻:
Wild caught Alaskan salmon
Pesto (I love the fresh one from @traderjoes )
Kalamata olives (would taste great with green olives too)
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻:
Grease the bottom of a Pyrex with some oil (I like to use avocado oil). Top the salmon with all of the ingredients and cover with foil. Put in a 400 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
