
Ingredients for Salad
- 1 pound flank steak
- 1/2 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 large Persian cucumber, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- Fresh mint leaves
- Fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 avocado, sliced
Ingredients for steak marinade
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1/3 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Marinate for at least 1-2 hours
Ingredients for salad dressing
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Mix well
- Slice your steak into thin slices.
- Heat up a pan on medium-high heat with vegetable oil and sauté steak on each side for 1-2 minutes on each side (longer if you want your steak cooked well done)
- Serve with the rest of the ingredients
