
Ingredients for Sea Bass:
- 2 servings Sea bass
- 2 tablespoons white Miso Paste
- 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons Mirin
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and marinate sea bass in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (the longer the better)
Instructions for Sea Bass:
- Take sea bass out of the refrigerator
- Heat a pan on the stove on medium to high heat with one tablespoon of oil (I used avocado oil)
- Add the sea bass and cook on each side for 1-2 minutes
Ingredients for Mashed Potatoes:
- 3-4 russet potatoes, skinned and cut into large chunks
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon chopped chives
Instructions for mashed potatoes:
- Fill a pot halfway with water and boil it
- Add the potatoes and boil for 10-15 minutes
- Drain the potatoes
- In the same pot, add the potatoes and mash with a masher or fork until desired consistency
- Add the rest of your ingredients and mix together for 1-2 minutes on low heat
- Top with chopped chives
Bok Choy:
- Chop your bok choy
- In a sauce pan, add one teaspoon vegetable oil, sprinkle salt and sauté the bok choy for 3-4 minutes
