Wild caught Alaskan salmonโฃ
Pesto (I love the fresh one from @traderjoes )โฃ
Sundried tomatoes โฃ
Artichokes โฃ
Capersโฃ
Kalamata olives (would taste great with green olives too)โฃ
Fresh dillโฃ
Saltโฃ
Pepper โฃ
Garlic powder โฃ

Grease the bottom of a Pyrex with some oil (I like to use avocado oil). Top the salmon with all of the ingredients and cover with foil. Put in a 400 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.โฃ
