𝘐𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘐𝘴𝘳𝘢𝘦𝘭𝘪 𝘴𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘥: - Chop cucumber and tomato. Add lemon juice, parsley, olive oil, salt & pepper.
𝘐𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 #𝘭𝘦𝘣𝘯𝘦: - Scoop yogurt in bowl. Drizzle with olive oil & zaatar
𝘐𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘳𝘰𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘥 #𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘴 & 𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘴: - Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Drain chickpeas & pat until really dry. Take skin off each bean and put in oven for 20-25 minutes, shaking pan every 10 mins.
- Take out pan, season with salt & paprika then roast for another 5-10 minutes.
- Add hummus to bowl. Top with chickpeas & paprika.
𝘐𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘱𝘰𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘦𝘴: - Cut potatoes in half. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, dill powder, garlic powder.
- Add to 400 degree oven for 25-30 mins
