This 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 & 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝘍𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘛𝘢𝘤𝘰 𝘉𝘰𝘸𝘭 recipe is SO good, you’ll wish you had a bigger bowl!!
𝘓𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘥, 𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘶𝘤𝘦, 𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴, 𝘣𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘴, 𝘫𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘴, 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘳𝘰𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘱𝘦𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴, 𝘴𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘺 𝘩𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘤𝘢𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘨𝘶𝘳𝘵 𝘴𝘢𝘶𝘤𝘦. 𝙔𝙪𝙢!!!

Ingredients for Bowl:
- 2-3 pieces Cod fish (fresh or frozen)
- Tortilla bread
- Lettuce
- Fire roasted peppers
- Black olives
- Pickled Jalapeños
- Shredded Mexican cheese
- Sliced red onions
Ingredients to make breaded Cod:
- Cod
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1.5 cups panko bread crumbs
Instructions for Cod
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Whisk your egg in a bowl. Set aside
- Mix together bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika in another bowl.
- Dip each piece of cod in the egg bowl then in the bread crumbs bowl. Flip over so both sides are well coated.
- Cover an oven safe baking dish with aluminum foil and grease slightly. Add cod to the dish and cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Ingredients for Avocado Yogurt Sauce
- 1 avocado, smashed
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/3 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Mix all together in a bowl
Instructions to make a Taco Shell:
OVEN: With olive oil spray or Pam, spray an oven safe bowl. Add the tortilla bread and put into a 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
AIR FRYER: Lightly spray olive oil on the tortilla bread. Add to a 360 degree air fryer for 8-10 minutes.
